Terms of Service

The agreement governing Finkkle Search, Finkkle Igno, Finkkle One, Arachnid, APIs, and related services.

Effective August 13, 2026

Agreement and products

By accessing or using Finkkle, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the product-specific policies in the Legal Center. Finkkle Search is a search engine; Finkkle Igno is a desktop and Android AI workspace; Finkkle One provides unified access to AI models, APIs, and services; and Arachnid crawls and indexes public web content.

Eligibility

Finkkle is a general-audience service. You must meet the minimum age required to use Finkkle independently in your country; where parental or guardian consent is legally required, you may use the applicable service only with that consent. If you use Finkkle for an organization, you represent that you can bind it to these Terms.

Operator

“Finkkle”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the operator of the Finkkle services under the Finkkle trade name. These Terms do not imply that Finkkle is a separate incorporated legal entity.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and API keys, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account, subject to applicable law and proven unauthorized use.

Use of the service

You may use Finkkle only lawfully and as documented. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, respect third-party rights, and obtain permission before submitting or acting on another person’s data. Search results and AI output are not guaranteed accurate or suitable for consequential decisions.

User content and AI output

You retain rights you hold in prompts, files, conversations, code, projects, and other content. You grant the limited permission needed to operate the service. Generated output may be incorrect, non-unique, or unsafe; review it before using or publishing it. See the User Content and Copyright Policy and AI Use Policy.

Finkkle intellectual property

Finkkle retains ownership of its software, product design, interfaces, trademarks, branding, APIs, ranking systems, documentation, and other service technology. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or ownership right is transferred to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from Finkkle technology except as permitted by law or an applicable license.

Early Alpha and service changes

Search and Finkkle Igno are Early Alpha services. Features, models, limits, outputs, integrations, and data structures may materially change, disappear, break, or be reset. Do not use an Early Alpha service as your only storage location for critical information. We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any service, feature, model, or integration at any time, subject to applicable law.

Third-party services

Plugins, model providers, integrations, search results, linked sites, and other third-party services may be outside Finkkle’s control and may have separate terms, availability, privacy practices, and risks. You are responsible for reviewing and authorizing third-party connections before using them.

APIs, crawling, and integrations

API keys, integrations, plugins, automations, and Arachnid access are subject to additional limits and responsibilities. See the API and Developer Terms and Crawling and Indexing Policy.

Plans and payment

Paid features, renewals, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment providers are described at checkout and in the Billing Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, non-payment, legal requirements, or protection of users and the service. You may stop using Finkkle and request account deletion. Certain records may remain where legally or operationally required.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finkkle is provided as available without guarantees that results, output, uptime, or content will be accurate, complete, secure, or uninterrupted. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and disputes

The governing law and dispute process for a particular service or user will be identified in applicable supplemental terms or determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited in your jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as products and law change and will provide notice or obtain consent where required. Questions: Contact Finkkle.
