Use Finkkle to search, build, research, and automate responsibly.

Scope

This policy applies to Search, Finkkle Igno, Finkkle One, APIs, Arachnid, browser and Android integrations, plugins, automations, uploads, and connected services.

Prohibited uses

• Illegal activity, unauthorized access, malware, credential theft, phishing, or destructive code.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, non-consensual intimate material, or targeted abuse.
• Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, or attempts to obtain or distribute it.
• Fraud, impersonation, spam, deceptive reviews, or coordinated manipulation.
• Processing or exposing sensitive personal information without lawful authority and safeguards.
• Using AI or automation as the sole basis for consequential decisions about a person.
• Bypassing authentication, rate limits, quotas, safety controls, billing, or access restrictions.
• Scraping Finkkle to build a competing index, model, dataset, or paid service without permission.
• Uploading content that infringes copyright, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Using plugins, terminal tools, sandboxes, or automations to take external actions without authorization.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for prompts, files, URLs, code, instructions, and actions submitted through your account. Review AI output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, education, or security decisions.

Enforcement

We may investigate reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts when necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security, abuse, or imminent harm. Appeals may be sent to [email protected].
