API and Developer Terms

Rules for Finkkle APIs, model services, search services, webhooks, and developer features in Finkkle One.

Effective August 13, 2026

Access and keys

Keep API keys, tokens, webhook secrets, and credentials confidential. Use separate environment keys, rotate compromised keys, and never embed secret keys in browser code, extensions, public repositories, or client apps.

Permitted use

Use APIs lawfully and within documented quotas, plans, and limits. You are responsible for your application, end users, prompts, files, outputs, notices, permissions, and actions taken by an integration.

Developer data

Requests and responses may be processed to provide endpoints, authenticate requests, enforce quotas, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, measure reliability, and improve service quality where disclosed. Do not send sensitive or regulated data unless the applicable agreement supports it.

Model and search output

Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. Provide appropriate user disclosure and human review for consequential uses. Do not represent Finkkle output as guaranteed factual or human-authored content.

Restrictions

  • No credential sharing, key resale, quota evasion, probing, or unauthorized access.
  • No competing search index, model, or service from Finkkle output without written permission.
  • No use prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • No hidden collection of end-user data outside your notices and permissions.

Availability

Endpoints, models, quotas, schemas, and pricing may change. Finkkle may throttle, suspend, rotate, or revoke access to protect the platform. See the API documentation and Terms of Service.
