Crawling and Indexing Policy
How Finkkle Arachnid discovers, processes, ranks, and removes public web content for Finkkle Search.
Effective August 13, 2026
What Arachnid does
Arachnid may collect publicly accessible URLs, page titles, descriptions, structured metadata, text signals, links, freshness signals, and technical response data to build and maintain search indexes. Indexed content is not intended to be an account profile about a page visitor.
Site-owner controls
- Use
robots.txtand page-level robots directives to communicate crawling preferences. - Use authentication or access controls for content that is not intended to be public.
- Contact Finkkle with a URL and requested action if old or restricted content remains indexed.
Robots directives help operate the crawler but are not a substitute for access controls or a guarantee that every third-party cache updates immediately.
Removal and correction
Email [email protected] with the URL, your relationship to the content, requested action, and supporting information. We may verify authority and ask that the source page be changed or removed first.
Limits
Results may reflect third-party content Finkkle does not control. Finkkle does not guarantee that an indexed page is accurate, current, lawful, safe, or available. We may block, delay, recrawl, de-index, or change ranking signals to protect users and comply with law.
See the User Content and Copyright Policy and Privacy Policy.
