User Content and Copyright Policy
How Finkkle handles submitted content, generated content, and copyright or privacy complaints.

Your content
“User Content” includes prompts, queries, conversations, files, images, code, links, saved results, Finkkle Igno workspace and project content, automation instructions and results, feedback, and other material you submit, save, generate, or share. You keep the rights you already hold.
Operational license
You grant Finkkle the limited permission needed to host, store, copy, transmit, format, display, secure, moderate, back up, and process User Content to provide the requested service. Other use for analytics, evaluation, or improvement is subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable controls.
Your responsibilities
- Submit only content you own or are authorized to use.
- Do not upload another person’s confidential or personal information without lawful authority.
- Do not use Igno, plugins, automations, or APIs to distribute infringing or unlawful material.
- Review generated content before publishing or relying on it.
Removal
Finkkle may restrict content when required by law, when it violates the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect users and the service.
Copyright complaints
Email [email protected] with the affected work and URL, your contact details, good-faith and accuracy statements, authority to act, and signature. We may forward a complaint where legally permitted.
Privacy and abuse
For personal-data removal, impersonation, or private-information complaints, email [email protected]. The Crawling and Indexing Policy applies to public web content processed by Arachnid.
