How Finkkle collects, uses, shares, secures, and deletes information across its search, AI, developer, and crawling products.
Effective August 13, 2026
Information we collect
- Account and profile: email, name, username or handle, recovery email, phone number, birth date, language, gender, addresses, avatar, plan, and account settings.
- Search and personalization: queries, refinements, timestamps, search history, clicks, suggestions, result interactions, approximate location, device/session context, preferences, and derived ranking or interest signals.
- Finkkle Igno and AI: prompts, conversations, files, images, links, code, projects, artifacts, automation instructions and results, selected context, and model inputs and outputs.
- Android assistant: when enabled and permitted, bounded foreground context such as app identity, page title or URL, and visible non-sensitive text. Assist-blocked content and password fields are excluded where the platform provides those signals.
- Technical and security data: IP address, user agent, request path, referrer, timestamps, latency, error information, cookies, tokens, logs, rate-limit events, and abuse signals.
- Support and billing: communications, attachments, order and subscription status, invoices, payment-provider identifiers, and records needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts; provide Search, Finkkle Igno, One, AI, API, and crawler features; save and sync work; personalize results where enabled; operate and secure the service; prevent abuse; debug and improve reliability; measure product performance; process subscriptions; communicate with users; comply with law; and respond to rights or safety requests.
AI and model processing
Finkkle Igno may use Finkkle-developed and third-party artificial intelligence models to process prompts, search queries, workspace context, files, and other inputs to return responses or perform requested tasks. Some features may use Finkkle systems or contracted infrastructure and model providers. The provider, retention, and training behavior can differ by product and configuration; Finkkle will not promise a provider practice unless verified for that service. See the AI Use Policy.
Sharing
We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, payment, email, analytics, security, and model providers acting on our instructions or under their own applicable terms; with integrations you activate; with professional advisers; during a business transfer; or when required to protect rights, safety, users, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information for targeted advertising.
Retention and deletion
Retention follows the category and operational purpose, and the current implementation distinguishes active account data from operational telemetry and records that may be retained for legal or security reasons.
- Account and profile data: retained while the account exists and during account-deletion processing.
- Chats, files, projects, tasks, and automations: retained until the user deletes them or the account is deleted; account deletion removes active records and associated storage objects.
- Temporary processing data: deleted after completion or a short operational window where implemented; feature-specific behavior may differ.
- Query-health telemetry: raw events have a configured default retention of 72 hours and aggregate buckets have a configured default retention of 730 days; deployment settings may change these defaults.
- Support, billing, tax, fraud, security, and legal records: retained only as needed for support, security, disputes, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or to document requests.
- Backups and provider copies: may persist after active deletion until their normal lifecycle expires; Finkkle does not promise a fixed backup period until that lifecycle is documented for the relevant system.
Children
Finkkle is a general-audience service, but you must meet the minimum age required to use Finkkle independently in your country. Where parental or guardian consent is legally required, you may use the applicable service only with that consent. If we learn that we collected a child’s information without required authorization, we will stop relevant processing, secure and delete active account and product data, and terminate the account. We do not use identified child data for targeted advertising, profiling, personalization, or model training. See the Children’s Privacy and Age Policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing. We may verify identity and apply lawful exceptions. Contact [email protected].
Security and transfers
Finkkle uses access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, provider security controls, and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries where Finkkle or its providers operate, subject to applicable transfer requirements.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as products, providers, or law changes. Material changes will be communicated as required. Questions and requests: Contact Finkkle.
