Children’s Privacy and Age Policy

Finkkle is a general-audience service. You must meet the minimum age required to use Finkkle independently in your country.

Age requirement? Do not create a Finkkle account or submit personal information unless you meet the minimum age required to use it independently in your country. Where parental or guardian consent is legally required, use the applicable service only with that consent. Parents and guardians should contact [email protected].

Age rule

Finkkle Search, Finkkle Igno, Finkkle One, Arachnid-powered features, and related services are not intended for anyone who does not meet the applicable local minimum age. For example, India’s applicable data-protection framework treats a child as a person under 18; other jurisdictions may use different thresholds. Users must provide truthful age information when asked.

If we learn about child data

If Finkkle learns that it collected personal information from a child who did not meet the applicable local minimum age without the required authorization, we will take reasonable steps to stop the relevant processing, secure the information, delete it from active account and product records, and terminate the account. This may include profile data, searches, Igno conversations, files, artifacts, automations, assistant context, and personalization data.

Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment accounting, or to document the request. We will not use identified child data for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, personalization, or model training.

Parent and guardian requests

A parent or legal guardian may request review, correction, or deletion of information associated with a child. We may verify identity and relationship before acting. Email [email protected] with “Children’s Privacy Request” in the subject.

Product-specific notes

  • Search: queries can contain personal information; children should not submit identifying details.
  • Finkkle Igno and its AI models: prompts, conversations, files, and artifacts can be retained as workspace content for an eligible account.
  • Android assistant: it may receive bounded foreground context permitted by Android and the foreground app; it should not be used by an child who does not meet the applicable local minimum age.
  • Arachnid: it indexes public web content and does not intentionally create child profiles.
