Finkkle Spaces takes you from a blank workspace to useful, repeatable AI workflows in minutes. This guide walks you through your first conversation — from opening Spaces to saving a finished artifact.

Sign in and open Spaces

Visit spaces.finkkle.com and sign in with your Finkkle account. If you don’t have one yet, create one at my.finkkle.com/signup — the Spark plan is free.Once signed in, your workspace opens. Previous conversations appear in the left sidebar.

Start a new conversation

Click New conversation or type directly in the composer at the bottom of the screen.Describe your goal clearly — include the audience, format, and what “done” looks like:
“Turn these meeting notes into a one-page decision brief with risks and next steps.”
This gives Spaces everything it needs to produce a focused first response.

Choose a mode

Pick the mode that fits your task:You can switch modes at any point with a follow-up message.

Add context

Use the attachment controls to bring in relevant material:
  • 📎 File — PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, code files
  • 🖼 Image — photos, screenshots, diagrams
  • 🔗 Link — a URL for Spaces to read
  • 📑 Tab — reference another open browser tab as context
Tell Spaces what each item is and how to use it: “This PDF is the contract. Summarize the key obligations and deadlines.”

Review, refine, and save

Check the response. Ask for changes:
“Make it shorter. Bullet points only. Add a risk section.”
When the result is right, save it as an artifact. Artifacts stay in the conversation and can be exported, shared, or iterated on later.

A first-session recipe

  1. Ask for a plan before asking for a large deliverable.
  2. Provide a small representative sample of your source material.
  3. State the output format and audience.
  4. Review the first result and give specific corrections.
  5. Save the accepted result as an artifact and note the next action.
