Finkkle Spaces lets you bring your own material into any conversation and take structured outputs out as reusable artifacts. Context in, artifacts out — Spaces keeps both attached to the conversation so your work is always recoverable.

Adding files and context

Use the attachment controls at the bottom of the composer to add material to a conversation: After attaching, tell Spaces what the item is and how to use it:
“This file is the Q2 sales report. Identify the top three underperforming regions and suggest reasons.”
Be specific — “summarize”, “extract”, “transform”, “compare”, and “use as background” all give Spaces different instructions.

What not to include

Never attach files containing passwords, API keys, private credentials, or sensitive personal information. Spaces treats attached content as reference material for the conversation — handle sensitive data outside of Spaces.

Artifacts

An artifact is a standalone, reusable output generated by Spaces. When a response is long-form or structured, Spaces may present it as an artifact automatically — or you can ask explicitly:
“Save this as a document artifact.”

Working with artifacts

  1. Review — use the Preview panel to read the artifact in full
  2. Iterate — ask Spaces to revise, extend, or reformat it
  3. Copy — click Copy to export the raw content
  4. Save — artifacts stay attached to the conversation automatically
  5. Reference — bring an artifact back into a new conversation as context

Voice input

Click the microphone icon in the composer to dictate a prompt. Review the transcription before sending — voice input follows the same conversation rules as typed input and can reference any attached files.
For complex requests, start by attaching a representative sample of your material, not everything at once. Spaces works better with focused context than with a large dump of files.
