Finkkle Igno

Files, Attachments, and Artifacts in Finkkle Igno

Add files, images, and links to any Igno conversation, and save results as reusable artifacts โ€” documents, code, tables, and visuals that persist with your work.

Finkkle Igno lets you bring your own material into any conversation and take structured outputs out as reusable artifacts. Context in, artifacts out โ€” Igno keeps both attached to the conversation so your work is always recoverable.

Adding files and context

Use the attachment controls at the bottom of the composer to add material to a conversation:

| Attachment type | How to add | Supported content | | --------------- | ---------- | ----------------------------------------------------- | | File | Click ๐Ÿ“Ž | PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, code files, text files | | Image | Click ๐Ÿ–ผ | JPG, PNG, screenshots, diagrams (up to 2 images) | | Camera | Click ๐Ÿ“ท | Take a photo directly on mobile | | Document | Click ๐Ÿ“„ | Extract information from scanned or digital documents | | Link | Paste URL | Web pages, articles, public documents |

After attaching, tell Igno what the item is and how to use it:

*"This file is the Q2 sales report. Identify the top three underperforming regions and suggest reasons."*

Be specific โ€” "summarize", "extract", "transform", "compare", and "use as background" all give Igno different instructions.

What not to include

NoticeNever attach files containing passwords, API keys, private credentials, or sensitive personal information. Igno treats attached content as reference material for the conversation โ€” handle sensitive data outside of Igno.

Artifacts

An artifact is a standalone, reusable output generated by Igno. When a response is long-form or structured, Igno may present it as an artifact automatically โ€” or you can ask explicitly:

*"Save this as a document artifact."*

Artifact types

| Artifact type | Description | | ---------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- | | Document | Long-form text: reports, briefs, essays | | Note | Short structured summaries or checklists | | Table | Structured data in rows and columns | | Code | Source code files with syntax highlighting | | Spreadsheet | Editable grid (via the Spreadsheets plugin) | | Presentation | Slide outline or full deck (via the Presentations plugin) | | Visual | Charts, diagrams, and SVG outputs |

Working with artifacts

1. Review โ€” use the Preview panel to read the artifact in full 2. Iterate โ€” ask Igno to revise, extend, or reformat it 3. Copy โ€” click Copy to export the raw content 4. Save โ€” artifacts stay attached to the conversation automatically 5. Reference โ€” bring an artifact back into a new conversation as context

Voice input

Click the microphone icon in the composer to dictate a prompt. Review the transcription before sending โ€” voice input follows the same conversation rules as typed input and can reference any attached files.

For complex requests, start by attaching a representative sample of your material, not everything at once. Igno works better with focused context than with a large dump of files.
